Dr. Lombardo is excellent, but the office manager sucks. I was treated for a foot injury beginning February of this year which went well. On my appointment today the office manager demanded payment for a 2013 bill before I could be seen; but could not provide a copy of the invoice.... I have been receiving treatment for the past five months. Today's visit would have been 100% paid by insurance (as well as an appointment with Dr. Minges) because my deductible and out of pocket expense are met for 2016. Doesn't make good business sense. Dr. Lombardo, can you send the invoice please?

Dr. Glueck always makes me feel important and is always concerned about my life and how my arthritis is preventing me from living how I want to live. You can tell he cares and is genuine in what he says. I am scheduled for my 2nd surgery with him and I feel safe in his hands.

Everyone that I had contact with was great! Making my appointment was quick and easy, check in was great, and Dr. McAllister was very kind.

The whole staff - everyone was very friendly and made you feel comfortable. This was the first time my son didn't cry when a stranger talked to him or even touched him. Thank you all so much.

Everyone was fantastic. In my past experiences at the doctor’s office you feel rushed and like no one is listening to you or taking time to fully explain things. I was very impressed with the time that the doctor, sports guy, and staff took with me. I have been telling everyone about my positive experience.

Everyone was fantastic! I can’t recall their names but from check in to nurses to x-ray guy to doc etc. -- a great all round experience.

I had an MRI three years ago that shows a bulging disc in my lower back that hits the nerve. My doctor suggested getting a new MRI and sent me to Advanced Bone & Joint.
They took probably a dozen x-rays. The doctor came in, said the x-rays showed my back was fine, here are some exercises to do and gave me a prescription for an anti-inflammatory. Looked at the information for the prescription and saw that it increases your risk of a heart attack - which is a great prescription to give someone who's father had four heart attacks and mother had two - with a double by-pass.
And yet, they expect me to pay for this incompetence

Dr. Menges saw my husband in the hospital for back pain. Upon his release, he was given discharge instructions to see Adv. Bone & Joint in a week for further care. The office manager refused to book an appointment for him. Dr. Menges, you shouldn't see a hospital patient if you have no intentions to provide follow up care.
