What is your primary product or service?
Water Treatment for homes & business, Air treatment for homes
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was in the heating & cooling business working for others when I decided I could do it for myself. Water problems are a big problem that cause detrimental problems to plumbing fixtures, applicances, clothing, skin and hair.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am presently president of the Missouri Water Quality Association, and have certifications from the WQA & DNR. OUr mission is to provide a quality product at a reasonable cost with great service..
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
1 & plan on adding a sales tech and service tech.

reg houre 8 - 6 24 hour emergency
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
My skin feels great & I don't buy medicine for my allergies anymore, we don't buy bottle water anymore, my clothes stay brighter longer, My kids drink more water.
