How long have you been in business?
We opened our doors to students in September of 2005. Since then we have served over 450 students.
What is your primary product or service?
We offer a Christian based education for children ages 3 to 5 years old with developmentally appropriate activities based on the Missouri Early Childhood Educational Standards and the Christ Light Curriculum published by Nothwestern Publishing House.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Christian education has been a mission of Good Shepherd Lutheran since its beginnings. We have the blessings of a highly experienced staff who have made early childhood education their chosen field. Our staff continues to stay on the cutting edge of early childhood education and development by continuing their professoinal development through classes, workshops and community training opportunities.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our program has a faith based curriculum that addresses all aspects of a young child's development,social/emotional, intellectual, physical, and spiritual. We begin each day with a Bible lesson and carry the lesson into our daily activities and interactions in the classroom. We also have flexible scheduling which enables parents to choose which days their child attends school.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
At this time we plan to remain a small school in order to werve our students' individual needs more efficiently.

From St. Charles- West on Mexico Road past Knaust. Our school is located on the left at 8425 Mexico Road. School entrance is behind the church. From O'Fallon- East on Mexico Road past Lowe's. Our school is located on the right at 8425 Mexico Road. School entrance is behind the church.

What are your hours of operation?
We provide early care beginning at 7:00 a.m. Preschool class in from 8:30 to 11:30. We provide extended care from 11:30 until 6:00 p.m.

Our school provides a loving Christian educational environment for the children whose families entrust to us.
