I first became a notary in 1999, and have had administrative experience in the banking/mortgage, legal, insurance, and other fields for more than 30 years.
I started my mobile notary business in 2013, and became a Certified Signing Agent in October 2015 through the National Notary Association. I have completed more than 100 loan signings since.
I have signing experience in refinance loans including VA and FHA, purchase/sell transactions, HELOCs, loan modifications, as well as loan application collection and notarizing other various legal documents.
I serve the Missouri counties of St Charles, St Louis County & City, Lincoln, Warren, Pike, Montgomery, Jefferson, and Franklin, and have taken assignments beyond these counties as well.
I'm available 24/7 with advance notice.

I've been a mobile notary for about 3 years.

Mobile notary and signing service.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I became a notary while working as a legal assistant over 20 years ago, but only maintained my commission off and on over the years, until 3 years ago when I decided to obtain my commission on my own and do some mobile notary business in addition to my regular job. When I discovered the world of loan signing and realized I could make a full time job of it, I struck out on my own and love it!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
With my experience and customer service skills, I provide prompt, efficient, and friendly service. In this business, those are the key ingredients to providing excellent customer service.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have one "location:" my car...or is it that I have "millions" of locations: my customers' homes, businesses, or the local coffee shops.
What type of payments do you accept?
I accept cash, PayPal, or credit cards through Square. PayPal and credit cards require a small processing fee.
Which areas do you service?
I serve the Missouri counties of St Charles, St Louis County & City, Lincoln, Warren, Pike, Montgomery, Jefferson, and Franklin, and have taken assignments beyond these counties as well.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
My husband and I own the company and I run the daily operations. Ed is available as a witness, and helps with other day-to-day operations.
